1Digital goods & Credits
ceritai sells access to AI generation metered in Credits. Because generating content consumes real compute cost immediately, used Credits are generally non-refundable.
2Who processes refunds
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments (or Midtrans for local payments), on our behalf. The processor’s name may appear on your statement.
3When you can get a refund
You may request a refund within [7] days of purchase if:
- the Credits or subscription period are completely unused; or
- you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge); or
- a confirmed technical failure on our side prevented delivery and we cannot resolve it.
4Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. The current paid period is non-refundable except as described in section 3. Unused Credits expire at the end of the period.
5How to request
Email [email protected] with your account email and order or transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within [5–10] business days (timing depends on your bank and the Merchant of Record).
6Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us, or abusing refunds, may result in account suspension.
