1Who we are & acceptance
ceritai.com (“ceritai”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [Legal Entity Name]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
2Payments & Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR), Dodo Payments, who acts as the seller of record for your transaction. For local Indonesian payment methods (such as QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet, and cards) we use Midtrans (PT Midtrans), a payment provider licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia. The processor’s name (not ours) may appear on your card or bank statement, and card payments may require 3-D Secure verification.
Your use of these payment partners is also subject to their own terms and acceptable-use / prohibited-business policies. You must not use the Service in any way that would breach those policies (see Section 5). A breach may result in suspension of your account or the affected transactions, or withholding of related funds, by us or by a partner.
3The Service & “Credits”
ceritai lets you generate digital content — narration, text-to-speech, images, and video — using AI models. Usage is metered in Credits:
- Credits are consumed when you generate content. The number of Credits per generation varies by model, length, and quality, as shown in the app at the time of use.
- Credits have no cash value, are not a deposit, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable.
- Credits included in a subscription are valid for the billing period and, unless stated otherwise in the app, do not roll over. Purchased credit packs expire [12 months] after purchase.
- We may change Credit costs per model as our provider costs change; changes apply going forward.
4Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except as stated in our Refund Policy, fees already paid are non-refundable.
5Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Impersonates a real person, or depicts an identifiable real person’s face or voice without their consent — including deepfakes, face-swaps, and voice cloning of real individuals.
- Is sexual or NSFW, or any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — such activity will be reported as required by law).
- Is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or incites violence or self-harm; or promotes weapons or how to cause harm.
- Infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, or constitutes piracy or unauthorised resale of media, software, or licences.
- Is deceptive or fraudulent, or makes false, misleading, or unverifiable claims (e.g. fake news, “miracle” cures, or “get-rich” schemes).
- Provides regulated financial, investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice, or health/wellness claims, without proper authorisation.
- Promotes gambling or games of chance, crypto/NFT/virtual-asset schemes, or other categories restricted by our payment partners.
- Functions as malware, hacking, cheating, spam, scraping, surveillance, or stalkerware, or bypasses platform or API restrictions.
- Resells raw access to third-party AI APIs, models, or datasets without clear rights or authorisation.
- Is illegal in any region you target, or violates the policies of our payment or AI providers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. You are solely responsible for your inputs and for how you use generated content, including obtaining any necessary consents and clearing any rights.
6Intellectual property & generated content
- The ceritai platform, software, and brand are owned by us.
- As between you and us, you own the content you generate (“Generated Content”), subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use section, and the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for verifying you have the right to use it.
- AI outputs may not be unique or protectable by copyright, and similar outputs may be generated for others. We make no claim that Generated Content is original or non-infringing.
- You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs and Generated Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7AI disclaimer
The Service uses third-party AI models. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. ceritai does not guarantee factual accuracy. You must independently verify any facts, names, dates, or claims before publishing or relying on Generated Content.
8Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (AI models, hosting, authentication, payments). Their availability may affect the Service, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.
9Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ceritai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim, or [USD 100], whichever is greater.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ceritai harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your inputs or Generated Content, or your breach of these Terms or of another party’s rights.
12Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, pose legal or financial risk, or generate excessive refunds or chargebacks. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
14Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction, e.g. Indonesia]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction], subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country.
